RESEARCH
We believe that Research & Development is the foundation of any collection. Our R&D teams in different locations source and develop the latest fabrics, finishes and washes ahead of the market. The team works closely with our extensive network of mills in order to provide customers with quality products in their desired price.
DEVELOPMENT
We have inhouse product development team which works on buyer’s suggested Tec packs, samples and creates proto samples for sales meetings.
SOURCING AND SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT
We always intend to offer several options to buyer for better choice. We have a very strong merchandising team which works for suppliers across the globe to ensure best sourcing options for raw materials including fabrics & accessories.
Our factory sourcing team continuously source new production units and exercise with them to meet buyers’ criteria prepare them for production.

PRODUCTION CONTROL & QUALITY
Our production planning and control team prepare necessary production planning and analyze production lead time and working with factory production planning team proactively to hit the cut dates and ensure on time production start. Also works on production efficiency to keep the delivery on time.
With our experienced and skilled on-site Quality and Production control teams, we can provide updates our partners with the transparency and controls needed to measure the quality of each order.
OUR SERVICES
WHAT WE DO
- We analyze and confirm production spaces for upcoming season with factory management.
- Inform buyers regarding the production spaces and product categories
- Collect new quires from buyers and analyze production feasibilities with suppliers and negotiate prices.
- Inform buyers multiple price options from several production units from all over country.
- Offer several fabric options and development samples if required.
- Once order is confirmed we book yarns Immediately to get the fabric on time with negotiated price.
- We prepare TIME & ACTION PLAN to start procurement according to the shipment and production cut date.
- Start developing necessary materials like fabric color lab dips strike offs and so on.
- Send materials quality and color approvals hard copies if necessary.
- Prepare Fit/Proto, Pre-Production, Photo shooting, Size set sample, Ad sample by the factory and send to buyer technical dept according to requirement.
- Take initiatives for bulk production and quality control.
- Follow up bulk washing and quality control.
- Follow up safety issues during production.
- Perform necessary During Production Inspections (DPI) and Final Random Inspections (FRI) if required. Or arrange 3rd party inspections and provide reports to buyer.
- Update production status to buyer’s regular basis.
- Follow up total logistic and shipment process after ex-factory goods.
