PRE-PRODUCTION

  • Fabric and other Raw material inventory according to the approval
  • Prepare after wash shade band of fabric from each roll, analyze & assort for bulk production to control shade variations.
  • Check fabric shrinkage after wash with proper SOP to ensure measurement deviation after bulk production
  • Adjust patterns according to the shrinkage, comments on fit sample of PP sample etc. and process necessary grading’s
  • Prepare trim card form bulk raw material to ensure the final product as required.
  • Ensure proper QC file with all necessary documents
  • Prepare effective production plan with detail to get a winning product on time.

INLINE PRODUCTION

⦁ For bulk cutting we follow proper SOP such as – fabric relaxation following fabric inspection report of shade and shrinkage, fabric lay height, maintain grainline, proper clumping, cutting machine etc.
⦁ Follow up Proper numbering on each cut pc and bundling accordingly and bulk production input
⦁ At the very beginning an initial production of 20-200 pcs done to check bulk product quality, measurement, workmanship, appearance after wash, shrinkage after wash etc.
⦁ With report of initial production, a Pre-production Meeting arranged with all production supervisors and production managers. Initiative is takes according to initial production report.
⦁ At the 2nd stage we product 200-2000 pcs to reconfirm bulk products quality
⦁ There are several inline QC is placed to check 100% goods for critical points.
⦁ All safety issues were followed regular basis.
⦁ Check after wash, finishing, iron and packing regular basis

BULK PRODUCTION

  1. With the 2nd initial production analysis production report, we start bulk production with improvement if necessary.
  2. We engage at least one QA officer on each production unit for daily follow up and random checking.
  3. We arrange necessary inline inspection once final out put start like finishing and packing. we checked proper label, ironing, tag, packing, etc along with critical issues.
  4. We perform During Production Inspections (DPI) on 10% of complete goods. At this stage we collect sample from random production for chemical testing and submit for lab test.
  5. Pre-Final inspection was performed on 80-90% complete goods.
  6. Final Random Inspections (FRI) was performed according to buyer’s instruction and after approval we arrange shipment.
