Once order is confirmed we book yarns Immediately to get the fabric on time with negotiated price.
We prepare TIME & ACTION PLAN to start procurement according to the shipment and production cut date.
Start developing necessary materials like fabric color lab dips strike offs and so on.
Send materials quality and color approvals hard copies if necessary.
Prepare Fit/Proto, Pre-Production, Photo shooting, Size set sample, Ad sample by the factory and send to buyer technical dept according to requirement.
Take initiatives for bulk production and quality control.
Follow up bulk washing and quality control.
Follow up safety issues during production.
Perform necessary During Production Inspections (DPI) and Final Random Inspections (FRI) if required. Or arrange 3rd party inspections and provide reports to buyer.
Update production status to buyer’s regular basis.
Follow up total logistic and shipment process after ex-factory goods.
